As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 304-327-6917 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Local In-Home Delivery, Set Up and Haul Off. Starting at $59.95.

Next day local delivery is available on most in stock furniture, mattresses and appliances. We always recommend contacting the office to confirm product and scheduling availability.

Kammer Furniture has one of the lowest, if not the lowest, local in-home delivery and setup rate starting at $59.95.

Our delivery rates do vary depending on the item(s) and distance from the store. Our office will gladly work with you on an appropriate rate.

Furniture, Appliance, TV and Electronics haul offs require a small additional landfill fee charge.

Professional Delivery:

Each item delivered is inspected, set up and prepared before loading. A member of our delivery staff will call each customer prior to their delivery for conformation. We want our delivery to be convenient and exciting for you as your new purchase becomes part of your home. If you cannot have someone at your home over the age of 18 to receive your delivery on the confirmed delivery date, please call and advise our office. The office staff will be more than happy to reschedule your delivery.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, a second delivery fee may be charged to redeliver your purchase. Please note that Kammer's delivery teams cannot connect or disconnect any electronics, TV's, disposals, hot water heaters, refrigerator water lines, dishwasher water lines or gas appliances.

Customer Pick Up:

You may choose to pick up your furniture, mattress or appliance purchase. Please give us enough notice to allow time to pull, inspect and prepare your order for pick up. Remember to bring tie downs, rope, padding and the like to protect your item(s) from unwanted damages.

Kammer Furniture will not be responsible for any damages that may result from improper transport, unloading or setup.
